Raise Load Vertical
(Excavator/Backhoe)

With either forearm vertical, forefinger pointing up, move hand in small horizontal circle




Lower Load Vertical
(Excavator/Backhoe)

With either arm extended downward, forefinger pointing down, move hand in small
horizontal circle




Retract Boom (Telescoping) - One Hand

One hand, fist in front of chest, thumb pointing outward and heel of fist tapping chest




Move Load in Horizontally
(Excavator/Backhoe)

With either arm extended, hand raised and open toward direction of movement, move
hand in required direction

, Move Load Out Horizontally
(Excavator/Backhoe)

With either arm extended, hand raised and open toward direction of movement, move
hand in direction required

With either arm extended horizontally, fingers closed, point thumb UPWARD
