I am writing to remind you of our company’s upcoming training about
cybersecurity. The training will take place on Thursday, at 3:00 p.m. Central
Time. It will be held in the Cottonwood Room, our company’s main
conference room on the second floor. Though the training is optional, all
employees are encouraged to attend.
In the training, we will cover best practices for avoiding phishing attempts,
choosing a strong password, and keeping your technology up-to-speed
with the latest updates. Please bring any questions you have about these
concepts to the training. If possible, please share these questions with me
by responding to this email by the end of the day on Wednesday, so we
can be sure to cover them during the training. However, if you are unable
to submit a question ahead of time, that’s not a problem—we will also have
time for questions after the training.
