RAMs, RIEVCs, physical security check sheets, building check sheets, and

a MSA sheet if security forces has primary security of the MSA, and any other activities for the Flight

Sergeant to assign as guardmount

call SF Investigator. Annotate this action in the blotter. The BDOC Controller must maintain a chain of

custody for all items not secured in the evidence lockers until turned over to investigations.



Who is in charge of strictly controlling access into BDOC? - Answer-The BDOC Controller



Who is allowed unescorted entry into BDOC? - Answer-Only those personnel listed on the BDOC entry
authority list are allowed unescorted entry. Additionally

Inspector General (IG) team members listed on a properly authenticated EAL will be allowed unescorted

entry and access to classified material to the extent identified on the EAL. All other personnel are

considered visitors and will be annotated on a AF Form 1109/Visitor Log. When the SIPR computer is in

use ensure no cell phones are brought inside BDOC and pictures are prohibited at all times.



What is used during all incidents regardless of familiarity? - Answer-Quick reaction checklist (QRC)
Binder #10, Use of the checklist constitutes having it immediately

available and filled out as the incident progresses

take over the call. If the call is fire/medical FD will maintain control but during both instances the
opposite

party with stay on the line for the duration of the call for situational awareness. If the FD cannot answer

within 5 rings you will answer and handle the call. In the event of multiple 911 calls BDOC will answer

calls as needed to relieve FD.



What should you not do as a BDOC Controller? - Answer-Do not sleep, lie down, or place yourself in any
position one could reasonably interpret as other than

vigilant. Do not remove your blouse or any other uniform part while performing your duties. And do not

use tobacco products outside of a tobacco area

Answer-Upon receipt of the fourth alarm within a 24 hour period from the same sensor or zone and

will be annotated on SF Form 13 all others will be documented in the blotter



What symbol will prevent you from securing an alarm? - Answer-An Asterisk and it will clear once the
alarm information has been processed and the alarm terminated.

Ensure that there were no alarms that were not passed on by the previous Alarm Monitor

Ensure none of the sensors on the fence at the GCS Compound are put into access
