Lesson Topic: Break down techniques and applying it game play, which enables you play better and perform easier when in
game condition. ( Fundamentals of Badminton)
Learning Outcomes
Session Goals: Help the students to learn something, skills, techniques and most importantly help them
improve their performance when applying it to the game.
Personal Coaching Goals: Deliver one 1 Hour and a half session and make sure to help them to improve
by giving good coaching points and covering the fundamental areas of badminton.

10:30 – - Meet, greet, badges check (Contiguous plan: if they don’t have a badge then send them to
