knots head wind, once you get the runway ATC noify you the wind has dropped to 7kts.
Can you still depart? - answeryou should double check with the AAT, however you can
still take off as the charts are calculated on +50% head wind and 150% tail. how ever
you are replying on safety margins so good airmanship would say redo the card!
What speed does T/O power have to be set by? - answer50 knots
