HONEYWELL ELT Operation - ANS Salt Water Operation
1. Remove from storage location and bring to raft.
2. Attach lanyard to lifeline on raft and toss overboard.
3. Operation is automatic; ensure antenna deploys upright.
Fresh Water or Land Operation
1. Remove from storage location and take when leaving aircraft.
2. Open the salt electrolyte package and mix with water.
3. Wet ELT to activate by inserting battery end of the ELT into the salt water
Mix.
Has an operation life of 48 hours by water-activated battery
ELTA ELT Operation - ANS 1. Remove from storage location and take when leaving
aircraft.
2. Remove from stowage bag, if applicable.
3. Remove foam padding, if applicable.
4. Move toggle switch to the ON mode to activate.
Water Operation Only: Attach lanyard to a lifeline on raft.

Escape Ropes Description - ANS to be used to evacuate the aircraft from the Flight
