As a Health Science Educator, you need to ensure that ethics education is inclusive, ongoing, integrated and well organized to avoid missed opportunities. • Discuss how you would ensure that the curriculum offers course content in ethics that incorporates Clinical Ethics Teaching Strategies • Integrate Carper’s Four Patterns of learning within the context of teaching ethics ASSIGNMENT OBJECTIVE The objective of this assignment is to enable you to understand the complexity of teaching ethics and the ethics of teaching that incorporates Caper’s Patterns of learning. NB: Half a mark is allocated to each relevant fact and a full mark to a substantiated statement. ASSESSMENT CRITERIA The assignment will be assessed taking into consideration the following criteria: • Body of the assignment not to exceed 4000 words • The assignment must be in a clear format • An integrated and central line of argument must be followed throughout the assignment • Paragraph and sub-paragraph headings must follow the layout in the assessment grid HSE3705 Assessments 2024 2 The following assessment grid applies.
