M1- Assess methods of achieving development need within the timeframe of the career
plan
In this task, I will be assessing the different methods of development needs that I can use within the
timeframe of my career plan and therefore this will help me to understand these methods and help
me to achieve my goals and objectives.
In order for me for me achieve my short-term objective, which is to achieve triple Distinction in my
Level 3 Extended Diploma in Business by June 2019, I will need to develop and enchase my
knowledge and skills about of my Business course. I will need to gain the appropriate training to
achieve development needs. It is important I am fully aware of the real working environment, and
what it may require when working in a large industry such as Business, and need to give myself the
most ideal chance to get the best possible job. One of the best ways That I can develop and gain
more knowledge about the subject is by purchasing the business course books. These books will help
me a lot, as it will gain me most of the key information that it will help me submits my assignments
on time and therefore I will be able to achieve triple distinctions in my course assignments. In
additions, I will need to ensure that I can achieve my GCSE English as it part of my short-term
objectives, and I can development my English knowledge and skills by purchasing the GCSE books as
well as attending supporting sessions. Both the Business course and GCSE books will provide with
the most useful information as the Business course books will give me the basic knowledge to invite
someone into the knowledge of Business, whereas the GCSE Books will help me to gain the key
knowledge and skills to achieve the GCSE Mock exams with the best possible grade.
There are many other online websites and books, which could help me to develop my knowledge
and skills and give the other key information about what it takes to achieve Business course and
GCSE English. Another important factor that I need to take in account when aiming to achieve my
career objectives is to take in consideration the knowledge of how to cope with university including
the exams, the course work and other challenges that it could bring. This is because one the main
medium short objectives is to have a degree in accounting as university the essential and the final
qualification that I would need before achieving my future career. There are many individuals shared
their own personal tips and advice on how to deal with the challenges and stress of the university
and other problems that may occur. This will be the right and appropriate way to make sure that I
am fully prepared for university and ensure that I will be able to complete my full degree in
university without any problems.
Having work experience in that specific field of work, will help me to gain the appropriate knowledge
about my career goals and ensure that I understanding the real working environment. This will
certainly benefit me as in real live there will be certain experiences that would come completely
unexpected and therefore it is hard to understand it from the pervious courses or by revising the key
information about the specifics job. Usually these experiences and challenges can be slightly minor,
however some other may can be business threatening and could it could be quite serious. Therefore,
it is important for me to learn this early, as it will help me to avoid serious problems that could occur
in the future. It is important that I gain the appropriate experience in this field of work (the future
career) as it should be completely different from the work that I may have as a prat time job.
It is critical that I figure out how to additionally improve my transferable skills as these skills and
abilities are essential for me when working in business world. These skills that I already have are at a
specific level which is good at my age, however it is very important that I keep on building up these
