Dear reader,
This critical literature review is written on behalf of the subject international classroom II of the
facility management course. Writing this critical literature review has been informative. This because
I needed to read a lot of articles about all relevant subjects and in the meantime improving my
English languages skills. As said a lot of articles have been read to write this critical literature review.
And all these articles provided a good insight on what integrated facility management really is about.
During my journey of writing this paper I have also learned to read critically instead of just reading an
article and immediately believing everything. I also learned a lot of information from the articles that
is and was useful for me and my groupmates when writing our BID.
For writing this assignment I would like to thank miss Schot for the tips and tricks given during the
lessons and the help given during the lessons. And of course, I would like to thank all the other
lectures and guest-lectures for teaching us more about integrated facility management.
At last, I would like to thank my group mates for helping me when I had any questions.
