meet its business requirements.
It is important to create a plan if you want to build a strong social media network for your business. This
is because having a social media plan in place will make sure that your efforts in this field are more
successful and supporting of your overarching business objectives. A business should carefully consider
if it will have enough time to complete all the necessary tasks. Every type of business, whether small or
huge, may have one or a sizable organisation for planning. There are a variety of factors that must be
considered when creating a plan. in this assignment I will be making a report and a business plan for a

,small business called “Choco Chunk Cookies” I will be discussing all the strategies that can help the
business to use social media to attract people.

Business requirements
A business requirement is a document that emphasises the business perspective and contains specifics
on the project's business solution. A business can advertise itself in a variety of ways, including through
media like TV, radio, and newspapers. However nowadays using social media websites allows you to
reach out a wider audience that will have a significant impact on the business. I concluded from reading
the brief that your needs are that you are a new company and would like to draw new customers to
your chocolate shop. I am aware that you want to start promoting your business on social media. The
ability to communicate with your clients is one of the main important criteria of the business. It is crucial
that you think about your customers because that is what social media is for: marketing your company
and connecting with potential clients. In this situation, you are connecting with clients and letting them
know about your café.

Target audience
There are a few things to think about before developing a social media campaign, like making sure your
target audience has been accurately identified. To locate the audience that is interested in chocolate
lovers, you must first understand the types of people that are interested in your goods or services. After
that, you will be able to use social media content to engage your target audience. According to my
research, children enjoy eating sweet snacks more than adults do.

Social media plan
This is the first action to take to create a successful social media business. In this strategy, I will go
through smart objectives and customer interaction. I will also go through how to employ social media to
draw in new clients.

Smart objectives

Every company has goals and objectives. These establish a business direction and give the daily activities
of the business a purpose. Business objectives are the actions that must be taken for a business to
achieve its overall aims, whereas a business aim is its overall target or goal. A company may have a
variety of goals that may aid in achieving its goal.

 Make sure you have a goal for your social media platform, such as Facebook, before using it. For
instance, you should aim for 20 likes by a specific date. I will create a Facebook account for this
purpose, and I will maintain reviewing as I go until the task is finished.
 Make sure your social media platforms are active. Use the hashtag to assist your target audience
find you and make sure you publish on the app frequently so you can interact with your fans.
Instagram is a fantastic tool that many teenagers and adults use.
 On your social media platform set a goal to gain a minimum of 10 followers every 15/20 days
and review it.
 Make sure that you set a blog that is updated regularly and see how many views you get per
every 10 days.

, Promoting the business
As soon as you have set your social media site, I will suggest becoming active on it because having a
successful and active account will help you draw in additional users. I will also suggest that you publish
on several platforms.

After setting up your account, the first thing you should do is start interacting with customers and asking
their feedback. This will help you make improvements to both your website and your product. to
promote a business to a large audience These days, tik Tok is the finest app with the most views. With
the use of creative tik Tok, you may draw in a large audience with this application. For instance, you
might create a video highlighting your bakery to entice customers to place online orders and pick them
up in person.

You can advertise your business on social media using a variety of tactics. For instance, you are
permitted to post information about your bakery and its location on Facebook, Tik Tok, and Instagram.
People will be able to find you without any hesitation thanks to this. According to my research, tik Tok is
the platform that draws the most users. You can publish articles about your bakery on our app and share
it with a large audience. The fact that so many individuals use this app makes it fantastic as well.
However, I have noticed that Instagram is used by a lot of businesses because it is a perfect platform for
publishing photographs. Posting attractive photographs that inspire people to buy your product will help
you promote your business. Instagram has a wonderful tool that will help you edit the images.

Overall, these two platforms can help you connect with more people if you work together. You will
collaborate to market the services you provide to organise the bakery's location in the hopes of
attracting a lot more clients.

I will also set up a blog for you, which will help you advertise your company and attract additional
customers. By starting a blog, you can prevent it from eventually becoming a website. Then you may use
this to market and publicise exclusive deals in your bakery. Additionally, I will add social networking
buttons to your blog that will send you straight to the platforms.

Monitor success
I have given you some objectives for your business's social media accounts, and you need to check their
effectiveness. I want to talk about the evaluation period for these smart goals that I have established.
Every 15 to 20 days, I have advised you to revaluate your goal. It is crucial that you keep an eye on your
company because by doing so, you can see how well your social media is performing and how you can
make improvements. You might go live on tik Tok and perform some games or challenges if you publish
fresh content to the platform every day, for instance. This would attract lots of viewers.

Time scales & responsibilities
The timing and duties are the most critical factors in company. In business, social media advertising is
the only expense. You must factor in this expense. Furthermore, this costs a lot less than traditional
sales marketing. To prevent wasting time and be as productive as possible, the social media business
should have developed a well-planned method of managing time. You should set a schedule for your
social media postings. To publish on social media, you must establish a timetable. Social media
platforms, for instance, are frequently used on the weekends when most individuals are off from work
