Over the years, we have helped hundreds of students sharpen their skills, prepare for interviews and secure the dream internship at companies such as J.P. How much does UCLIS focus on innovation? - ANS We are extremely FREE in everything we develop, and welcome any new ideas about how we can IMPROVE. Also opportunity to meet people. - Investment competitions:Pitch competitions. Give them examples of previous investments that either went right or wrong, and ask them to evaluate. Experience, presentation, pressure. Similar to case competitions, but practicing skills specifically for investment. Give a brief history of UCLIS - ANS The University College London Investment Society (UCLIS) was founded in 2001, with the aim of providing its members with the necessary tools to begin and pursue a career in the financial services industry. Over a decade later, the society now stands as one of UCL's largest societies. Give suggestions as to how UCLIS can improve? - ANS How big is UCLIS? - ANS As one of the fastest growing societies out of the largest ones at UCL. Biggest student mentorship programme in the UK with 110 mentors. 5000+ members.
