An example of Porifera would be a sea
sponge. They are asymmetrical. There is no
cephalisation in this phylum.They have no
tissue layers; they are however multicellular.
Sponges do not have coelom therefore they
are acoelomate. They have no gut. They do
have filter feeders that allow them to feed.
This phla is mostly found in aquatic habitats.
