Your answers to the questions below will form an outline Business Plan for your
Company. Answer these questions as best you can. Some responses will take up
more space than others! You are unlikely to be able to answer them all. Where
details are not yet known, perhaps state your best assumptions or state what you are
doing to be able answer them soon. Try to complete a response to each question
but leave blank if necessary. Revisit or revise this document at regular intervals.
It is OK for just one or two company members to complete this document but they
must review and agree it with the Directors for it to be considered a proper Business
Plan. It could be completed via a structured discussion at a Board Meeting and
then written up by a team member and circulated to the team.
