If I asked someone who has worked with you on a group project what your skills and strengths were, what would they say? What challenges have you encountered working on group projects and how have you resolved them? Correct Answer: People who have worked with me would say I'm dependable and responsible. That I'm the one to turn to in order to get a project done because I'm very focused and driven. Challenges I've encountered are people not fully participating, so I try to pinpoint people's strengths and play off them by suggesting certain tasks for them to do in order to have their involvement with the work. Many people believe that the most important role an ASB Officer has is to entertain students and make them laugh. What do you think is the most important role of an ASB Officer? Correct Answer: I think the most important role of an ASB officer is to make everyone feel included, because I truly believe there is a place for everyone at this school. ASB stands for Associated Student Body, and I think it's important to represent all students by making everyone feel accepted. Why do you want to be an ASB Officer? Correct Answer: I want to be an ASB officer because it is the perfect position for me. I'm immensely spirited and creative but I'm also driven and focused. I've had an ASB folder on my computer since sophomore year that contains ideas I'd love to implement next year and it'd be awesome to represent this school that has people I care about so much. What type of leadership roles or leadership experience have you had? Correct Answer: For the past school year I have been a link crew leader, shoutout to group nine. With this position I have learned to be inclusive and perfected being able to bring people out of their shells. I have become a role model for my lovely freshwomen by always being positive, responsible, and dependable. I would be honored to extend the relationship I have built with the freshman class to all classes as an ASB officer. Describe an experience you have had that illustrates your responsibility and work ethic. Correct Answer: An experience I have had is being co captains (with Megan McDonell) of our aquacades group. Through a lot of hard work and commitment my group has been able to produce a product we have all been very proud of.
