Aggravated Assault No person, while under the influence of sudden passion or in a sudden fit of rage, either of which is brought on by serious provocation occasioned by the victim that is reasonably sufficient to incite the person into using deadly force, shall knowingly: (1) Cause serious physical harm to another or to another's unborn; Assault No person shall knowingly cause or attempt to cause physical harm to another or to another's unborn Negligent Assault No person shall negligently, by means of a deadly weapon or dangerous ordnance as defined in section 2923.11 of the Revised Code, cause physical harm to another or to another's unborn Aggravated Menacing No person shall knowingly cause another to believe that the offender will cause serious physical harm to the person or property of the other person, the other person's unborn, or a member of the other person's immediate family Menacing by Stalking No person by engaging in a pattern of conduct shall knowingly cause another person to believe that the offender will cause physical harm to the other person or a family or household member of the other person or cause mental distress to the other person or a family or household member of the other person Menacing No person shall knowingly cause another to believe that the offender will cause physical harm to the person or property of the other person, the other person's unborn, or a member of the other person's immediate family. 2.2A-Identify the R.C. Chapter 2905 offenses in the example according to the elements of that offense -Kidnapping -Abduction -Unlawful Restraint -Criminal Child Enticement -Trafficking in Persons Kidnapping No person, by force, threat, or deception, or, in the case of a victim under the age of thirteen or mentally incompetent, by any means, shall remove another from the place where the other person is found or restrain the liberty of the other person, for any of the following purposes: (1) To hold for ransom, or as a shield or hostage; (2) To facilitate the commission of any felony or flight thereafter; (3) To terrorize, or to inflict serious physical harm on the victim or another; (4) To engage in sexual activity, as defined in section 2907.01 of the Revised Code, with the victim against the victim's will; (5) To hinder, impede, or obstruct a function of government, or to force any action or concession on the part of governmental authority Abduction No person, without privilege to do so, shall knowingly do any of the following: (1) By force or threat, remove another from the place where the other person is found; (2) By force or threat, restrain the liberty of another person under circumstances that create a risk of physical harm to the victim or place the other person in fear; (3) Hold another in a condition of involuntary servitude. (B) No person, with a sexual motivation, shall violate division (A) of this section. Unlawful Restraint No person, without privilege to do so, shall knowingly restrain another of the other person's liberty. (B) No person, without privilege to do so and with a sexual motivation, shall knowingly restrain another of the other person's liberty. Criminal Child Enticement No person, by any means and without privilege to do so, shall knowingly solicit, coax, entice, or lure any child under fourteen years of age to accompany the person in any manner, including entering into any vehicle or onto any vessel, whether or not the offender knows the age of the child Trafficking in Person No person shall knowingly recruit, lure, entice, isolate, harbor, transport, provide, obtain, or maintain, or knowingly attempt to recruit, lure, entice, isolate, harbor, transport, provide, obtain, or maintain, another person 2.2A-Define the term sexual misconduct Vaginal intercourse between a male and female; anal intercourse, fellatio, and cunnilings between persons regardless of sex; and without privilege to do so, the insertion, however slight, of any part of the body or any instrument, apparatus, or other object into the vaginal or anal opening of another 2.2A-Define the term sexual contact. -For the purpose of sexually arousing or gratifying either persons, any touching of an erogenous zone of another, including without limitation the -Thigh -Genitals -Buttox -Pubic region -If the person is a female, a breast 2.2A-Define the term sexual activity. Sexual conduct , sexual contact, or both 2.2A-Identify the R.C. Chapter 2907 offense in the example according to the elements of that offense. -Rape -Sexual Battery -Unlawful Sexual Conduct with a Minor -Gross Sexual Imposition -Sexual Imposition -Importuning -Voyeurism -Public Indecency Rape No person shall engage in sexual conduct with another who is not the spouse of the offender or who is the spouse of the offender but is living separate and apart from the offender, when any of the following applies: (a) For the purpose of preventing resistance, the offender substantially impairs the other person's judgment or control by administering any drug, intoxicant, or controlled substance to the other person surreptitiously or by force, threat of force, or deception. (b) The other person is less than thirteen years of age, whether or not the offender knows the age of the other person. Sexual Battery No person shall engage in sexual conduct with another, not the spouse of the offender, when any of the following apply: (1) The offender knowingly coerces the other person to submit by any means that would prevent resistance by a person of ordinary resolution. (2) The offender knows that the other person's ability to appraise the nature of or control the other person's own conduct is substantially impaired. (3) The offender knows that the other person submits because the other person is unaware that the act is being committed.
