STUDYCLOCK EXAM REVIEW
LPC: BUSINESS LAW AND PRACTICE REVISION CHAPTER
BUSINESS LAW AND PRACTICE
REVISION CHAPTER
Legal Practice Course
Learning Outcomes
After this Chapter you should be able to:
1. recall the structure of the Business Law and Practice (‘BLP’) module and
its component parts; and
2. plan your approach to your BLP revision and identify the particular areas
on which you need to focus your revision.
The aim of this Chapter is to assist you in revising the BLP module
in preparation for the assessment. It should be reviewed in
conjunction with the revision lecture recordings which can be found
on the VLE.
This chapter does not recap all of the subjects that were covered on
the BLP module. It aims to refresh your memories of some of the
more difficult BLP subjects and is by no means a substitute for full
and proper revision of all Chapter/Lecture and SGS material.
Please note that everything covered in Chapters/Lectures and SGSs
(including the online SGSs) during the course is potentially
examinable, unless you are specifically told otherwise.
At the end of each subject section, we have set out some typical
exam questions in short form to give you an idea of how the subjects
may be examined.

Companies Act 2006 and Companies Act 1985 respectively.
