presents an EIA for a proposed service station complex within the town/city we
reside in. The service station complex aims to provide essential services such as
fuel, car wash facilities, a convenience store, fast food restaurants, and a workshop
for tire repairs. As part of this assessment, we will evaluate the potential impacts of
the proposed development and propose mitigation measures to minimize adverse
effects.
