➔ An Operating System(OS) is a program that manages the computer hardware.
➔ It also provides a basis for Application Programs and acts as an intermediary between
Computer users and Computer Hardware.
➔ Here is some example of the operating system that we widely use these days, First is
Android which is the famous operating system used in mobile devices. Then we have Mac
OS which is the operating system from Apple. On their laptops or macbooks they use mac
OS X, and for iPhones, they use the iOS operating system. We also have Linux and Ubuntu
which are two open-source operating systems. Those are widely used on laptops, desktops,
and other devices, and at the end of we have windows.

➔ here is the diagram which represents the basic structure of the computer system. At the
lower level, we have Computer Hardware like Memory (Primery memory and Secondary
