Communication is derived from the Latin word cummunis, which means common. In
general, communication is a two-way process in which information is exchanged between
individuals through a common system of symbols and signs of behavior. In simple words,
communication is an interchange of ideas, thoughts, opinions, or information between two or
more persons with the intent of creating a shared understanding. Basically, it is the transfer of
information from the sender to the receiver so that it is understood in the right context.
