Stakeholder mapping = the visual process of laying out all the stakeholders of a product, project, or
idea on one map. The main benefit of a stakeholder map is to get a visual representation of all the
people who can influence your project and how they are connected.
+ na de mapping kunnen we een strategie opbouwen voor de mensen die minder achter het project
staan te overtuigen.
Opponent = iemand die NIET achter het project staat
=> indien de opponent iemand is met een hoge functie,
dan zal dit grote gevolgen hebben voor het project
=> indien de opponent iemand is met een lage functie,
dan zal dit weinig invloed hebben

LEAN SIX SIGMA – TOLLGATE REVIEW
A tollgate review = a process for objectively evaluating the quality of project work at various stages
of the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) process. It provides the opportunity for
voices external to the project team to provide input and feedback.
Na elke stap gaan we dus gaan checken qua budget, resources, deliverables of alles nog oké
is en op die manier kunnen we beslissen wanneer we naar de volgende stap kunnen.
