This paper consists of five (5) pages.
Instructions:
This is a FINAL examination.
You need to answer this assessment is ENGLISH. We will NOT consider a document written
in any other language.
Ensure that your student number is correct and that it appears on the front cover of your e-
portfolio.
Ensure that your answers are numbered correctly.
This paper consists of four (4) compulsory questions, meaning that ALL the questions must
be answered.

Additional instructions:
1. You must upload your answer script as a single PDF file. (Answer scripts
must not be password-protected or uploaded as a “read only” file.)
2. NO e-mailed scripts will be accepted.
3. You are advised to preview your submission (answer script) to ensure
that you have uploaded the correct answer script file and that it is legible.
4. You are permitted to resubmit your answer script if your initial submission
is unsatisfactory.
5. An incorrect file format and an uncollated answer script will not be
considered.
6. Incorrect answer scripts and/or submissions made on unofficial
examination platforms (including the Invigilator cell phone application)
will not be marked and no opportunity will be granted for resubmission.
7. The mark you are awarded for an incomplete submission will be your
final mark. No opportunity for resubmission will be granted.
8. The mark awarded for an illegible scanned submission will be your final
mark. No opportunity for resubmission will be granted.
9. Submissions will be accepted only from registered student accounts.
10. Students who have not utilised invigilation or proctoring tools will be
subjected to disciplinary processes
11. Students suspected of engaging in dishonest conduct during the
examination will be subjected to disciplinary processes. Unisa has zero
tolerance for plagiarism and/or any other forms of academic dishonesty.
12. You are given 30 minutes in which to submit your answer script after the
official examination time has ended.
13. Students experiencing network or load shedding challenges are advised
to apply, together with supporting evidence, for an aegrotat examination
within three (3) days of the examination session.
14. Students experiencing technical challenges can contact the SCSC on
