The purpose of this proposed project will be to develop an educational intervention and implementation plan utilizing existing information from the CDC, vaccinate Indiana government sites and Patient Point (PP). The implementation and evaluation plan developed with the organization mission and values in mind by the collaborative team. Explain the impact of cultural needs and characteristics of a target population and setting on the development of intervention plan components.
