Planning is needed to encourage, support, and integrate the efforts being made by individuals and community members. The organizations needs to full understand the needs of the community being embarking on any programme. On the other hand when it comes to community work process require all the 5 steps in order to be completed. The practitioner therefore needs to take time and go through of all them before implementation. and, there are components that a community worker will need to be fully aware of and the development programmes that practitioners will need to analyze and verify before implementing them in the community, for the benefits of the growth within the community . It is important to know and follow all the necessary steps and procedures as a community worker in order see success, sustainability in the projects.
