Information
Within Information there is a lot of different details that can be included. Those being files on the requirements
of the project; that could include staff members, vehicles, materials, how many hours working, planning time,
costs, budgets. These are all factors that could be added into the requirements file. Then the project
documentation will have all the different files based on what the project entails, requirements, staff hired,
material invoices (things bought for the project) and other important factors that need to be documented and
stored just in case the project goes under review or needs repairs. There may be some other process based
documents those being the same as the other ones stated, they are important documents that need to be
recorded for safety and protocol, sometimes there are documents that are added depending on changes and
many other minor changes that need to be put in the documents.
People
People that are important with a project is the Project Manager they are the one who is in control of the whole
project and making sure that everything is done and sorted properly. They are the ones who make sure that all
the documentation is acquired and filled out correctly as well as making sure that the project is going to plan
and staying on track. Product Developers are also very important as they are the ones who are making the
product however they can’t make the product until they have the final schematic and approval from the Project
Manager. There are also Programmers who are also very important as they are the ones who are programming
the project and they are also the ones who spend a lot of time making sure that the code is correct and ideal for
the project and what the product is meant to do. Systems Analysts are people who analysis and looks at design
techniques to solve issues that may occur, they are also important to make sure they see what organizational
improvements needed, design systems to implement those changes and train and motivate others to see the
potential in the new changes.

, Finance / Budget
The finance of a project is a very key factor because of what amount of money they have in order to complete the
project. Total Budget is one of the first things that need to be considered simply because they may need to hire
people and get materials and other things. The total budget has to be checked regularly so that they don’t go
over and to make sure that they have enough in there in case something needs to be changed spontaneously.
Expenses, these can vary from getting materials or some type of service. The expenses are also something that
needs to be checked and they should set a specific amount for expenses so that they don’t use to much on it
when they may need it for something else. Salaries and contractors these are two things that link together as
the project may need to have some contractors come in to help with the work. However, the issue with bringing
outside people in is that they may cost a bit to hire. So, with the total budget the project manager has to divide
it into certain sectors to ensure that they don’t go over budget but can still pay for everything.
Equipment / Facilities

Software and Hardware and important parts of the equipment that may need to be used when working on a
project, the reason for this is because some project require programming and for that you need good running
computers that can handle the different software types. The software that is needed also can vary and also cost
money to use which links back to the financial aspect of a project. A few examples may be, that the computer
has to be at least an Intel i5 CPU, 8GB RAM and have an SSD instead of an HDD so that the computer runs
better and can handle the functions of the programs running. Vendors are a big part when working on a project
as they are one type of facility that you can use, for example a vendor is normally someone who is offering
something for sale and sometimes vendors are cheaper than going to official companies. 3rd Parties these are
people who are working outside and may have some affect on something like stakeholders or they could simply
be people who are working from the outside to give their feedback of the entire project. 3rd Parties could also
consider people who are answering surveys about the product to give their thoughts so the a Project Manager
can see the results and what things could be improved or changed.
