, Conflict Analysis: Homeless Shelter
Based on the interactive learning community case study, The New Harbor Community Center is
planning on expanding the center in efforts to develop a homeless shelter for teens (Laureate
Education [Producer], 2016). Many of the teens that utilize the facility, do so out of necessity as
they are homeless yet continuing on with their education. For some of the children, the center is
the only place where they can receive a hot meal. This effort to proceed with the shelter is not
free from opposition within the community. There are many people who do not support the idea,
so there appears to be a need to resolve the conflict soon.

can itself bring understanding to a person’s perspective that someone may not have known. Their
release of one’s emotions must also be exhibited at the proper time. It may not be the wisest
