Venue

feel. Usually, the venue is the first step to consider when event planning this is due to other
things like facilities and catering as well as even sending out invites must have an address to
see if it works for the attendees. As well as this it helps identify the main and upfront costs
and if there is a budget then you must make sure there is enough money to pay for other
needs for the vent. When planning the venue of an event it’s important to know what the
venue has and facilities, it’s important to take in considerations like the amount of people
attending this means the venue needs to cater to if it’s a larger group of people then you
don’t want to have a building to small or vice versa, you also have to consider the types of
people. Weather they are younger and older can influence things like dress codes and
music’s as well as catering services and the overall feel of the building, also things like the
religion or this can require venues to have specific needs. If the event was a very Christian
wedding, then most likely would need to be in a church to adhere to their wants. Another
thing to consider is the travel methods available and whether its accessible to buses, trains,
or taxis as well as the accessibility of the building, if there were many elder people attending
you wouldn’t want a venue with a lot of stairs or hills or small steps but rather a flat gentle
surface. Another thing you have to consider is ethical or belief considerations, things like the
