learning because often most of us are already overloaded with working hours, the online resources of self-learning give the flexibility on a study

At the college I took a questionnaire designed by Peter Honey and Alan Mumford to find out which learning style I am. Thus, on one hand, my
score is equal 14Reflector/14Theorist which from the learning style- general description resulted as the preferred learning style that a student
can have and on the other, to have resulted with only the highest point on reflector and theorist category might give disadvantages at workplace
because by Honey and Mumford learning cycle seems have a connection between the learning cycle and learning styles which all of them have
