Being competitive means that I am focused on winning

That I could deliver at a high level and was a model
sales rep. After leading our team in sales for an 8
month period consecutively, My boss shared this with
me. I appreciated the recognition but nothing changed
in my work, I wanted to continue winning.
How do you define success?
Success is setting a higher goal for myself than what
others set out for me and beating it. At UHG, 100% to
quota was what they wanted for others, I had 245-
365% to quota because what's good for others isn't
good enough for me.

Yes. As the captain of our Division 1 mens soccer team, I
had to help our team see out a lead against a nationally
ranked opponent. I was the on field decision maker for
strategy, energy, and tactics. Ending in helping our
program win their first game against a nationally ranked
opponent.
