b. The strongest response in my initial interview was my answer to the question about a situation
in which I had to adapt. I described the situation where I was working with a client who needed
a different service plan. I described a specific circumstance where unexpected changes required
me to adjust my approach to adapt quickly while ensuring the client's safety remained effective.
I clearly explained to the best of my ability the steps I took to respond to the situation, the skills I
applied to remain flexible, and the positive outcome that resulted in the continuation of services
without being interrupted. This response was particularly effective because it demonstrated
