Explain where the demarcation lines on RAFL/RAFF. - Answer RAFL Main Gate (Gate 1): RAFL
Jurisdiction stops at the heavy white demarcation line that starts from the outbound lane and
ends at the Visitor Control Center (VCC).

RAFL (Gate 2) jurisdiction stops at Lords Walk and Radcliffe Road.

RAFF Main Gate (Gate 3): RAFF Jurisdiction stops at the heavy yellow demarcation line painted
in the inbound lane between the fences.



Explain base sectors. - Answer Sector 1: Comprised of RAFF, Portal Close and Trenchard

centerline to the north. This Sector is comprised of everything south of the runway, and
includes Red and Blue Restricted Areas, the Strike Eagle Complex, the golf course and the fuel

Sector 3: Comprised of everything north of the Runway.

Sector 4: Is the cantonment area and is comprised of everything west of the base perimeter,
South of Lincoln Road, North of Plymouth Road and East of the base perimeter. Note: This
Sector includes the High School, Duck Pond Park, all dormitories, the AAFES Gas Station, and all
other Installation Support Facilities.

Sector 5: This sector is known as Liberty Village housing and is comprised of everything west of
the base perimeter (A965), North of the base perimeter and South of Plymouth Road, and East
of the base perimeter. Note: This sector includes all on base housing, the Liberty club, South
Shoppette, the Bowling Alley and Military Clothing Sales.



Explain recall procedures (OI 31-101 3.1) - Answer Tier 1: Initiated by S3 upon initial
notification from a BDOC or CP. This consists of the Commander, S2, S3, S3O, S3T, S4, S4L, S5
and the Flight Chief who makes immediate and initial assessment of the incident and determine
courses of action. Tier 1 personnel, will report to unit conference room to disseminate
information and recall additional forces from Tier 2 as needed, before assuming EOC, BDOC or
on-scene positions.

Tier 2: Tier 1 initiates recall of Tier 2 personnel consisting of selected personnel (identified by
the Commander or S3) to provide specialized needs and temporary augmentation. Tier 2
personnel report to the guardmount area and conduct roll call, disseminate information, draw
weapons (if directed) and assume posted positions.
