most likely haplogroups for you. Then hit
submit annotation.

Trees Using Your Sequence on a letter upstream of your own
haplogroup. If you click on your group,
you will only see individuals with the
same haplogroup which is boring. A table
will appear with all the sequences in the

and then click Make Tree. Once you get
your tree, you will be able to look at each
sequence and see if any are too short. If
so, delete them. You can then run your
tree again. Continue until you are happy
with your tree.
Then, click Make Section Tree. Do the
same steps as you did for your student
tree.
The Recent Out of Africa Modern humans arose in Africa about
Hypothesis 100,000-200,000 years ago and spread
throughout the world by replacing the
local archaic human populations.
