Answer: In conjunction with the embalming listing, consumers must
be informed of their right to decline embalming. The mandatory
disclosure which accompanies the embalming price listing on the
GPL on the sample GPL is designed to accomplish this purpose. This
disclosure must be printed in immediate conjunction with the price
listing for embalming
