A considerable amount of research has attributed that team conflicts within any given
setting centers thriving and complex interventions based on the inherent consequences.
Developing relationships within a team determine the length at which personal and interpersonal
styles involving the preferences required by the team members well defined emotional abilities
(Guenter et al., 2016). Understanding team members enables the identification of conflicting
personalities because of this factor. Team members are unanimous and work in harmony to meet
the required specifications. If these conflicts are brought forth by any team member, it is
essential to initiate a conversation highlighting the conflicting situations (Keirsey, 1998).
The level of understanding will determine how the relationships will be built. Team
members that are more open about their personal experiences and the contributory factors to the
conflicts automatically fit into the team. These are the team members that I am more likely to
connect with. On the other hand, various team members tend to be extra preventive of expressing
their emotions which increases the depth of the developed conflicts (Guenter et al., 2016). Self-
reflections of the intriguing pressure on a team member are critical in determining the intensity
that the member will be to the team. Therefore, conversational interactions determine the
connections among the team members and how effective and efficient working together will be.
Conflict may occur among the team members and their leaders, depending on the current
situation at hand. The devastating moments when team members are not in harmony places a
critical moment that will determine the success and impacts that the team will have.
Understanding a team member's personality enables the team member to comprehend and
anticipate the probability of conflict development (Guenter et al., 2016). This will also prepare
