of infection. Can reduce the number of pathogens in the salon.
What is an example of sanitization? - ANS✔✔ Antiseptic is used on skin and nails and can
prevent infections on them

What is more sanitary, liquid soaps or bar soaps? - ANS✔✔ Liquid soaps
What is disinfection? - ANS✔✔ The second level of decontamination. Used to kill and control all
microorganisms on surfaces. Used to destroy all bacteria, fungi, and viruses. Must be registered
with the EPA.
