Social media includes websites and applications that enable users to create and share

market to make individuals aware of what showing authenticity, communicating authority,
growing affordability on social media, can do for one’s business, and the many
opportunities it can entail.

Social media marketing is the use of social media platforms and websites to promote a
product or service.

This topic is extremely relevant, yet many people don’t understand its importance, nor are
exposed to the many benefits and advantages of social media. Since we are living in the
21st century, it is fascinating to see how the world has progressed due to technology, and
social media has become increasingly relevant in how it has assisted businesses in
various ways. It is therefore essential to see the value and merit of utilizing this
phenomenal tool for businesses, amongst many other things, which is at our exposure.

There will be a more profound comprehension and understanding of this area, and will be
achieved through primary data illustration and interpretation, which will give a clear view of
the primary, as well as secondary research that is used.

By researching this topic, readers will gain an even stronger and clearer stance around
social media and marketing. Areas of research and content included, will be identifying the
appropriate target market; signing up for various social media platforms; reaching the
customers, and letting them know one’s business exists; posting relevant content; how to
listen to customers in order to make the business work; specializing the business’s
presence will be explored to assist people to use social media to market a business.

The benefits of marketing through social media will be discussed, such as increased brand
recognition and improved brand loyalty to name a few.

Newly developed research will be discussed on how to reach millennials through social
