Requirements
§85001 - Appropriately Skilled Professional (ASP) - 🧠 ANSWER ✔✔A
licensed RN, LVN, PT, OT, or RT authorized to perform medical
procedures ordered by a physician. ⇨ Example: An ARF contracts an LVN
to give insulin injections to a resident with diabetes.
§85001 - Certificate Holder - 🧠 ANSWER ✔✔Someone with a current ARF
administrator certificate, employed or not. ⇨ Example: A retired ARF
administrator still holds a valid certificate.

valid Administrator Certification from the Department. ⇨ Example: A new
ARF administrator completes training and receives certification.
