Zulkumor Murat is a 65-year-old male who presents with 4 days of worsening nausea and
generalized fatigue. Symptoms began gradually and have progressed. He reports poor appetite,
dark-colored urine, and yellowing of the eyes noticed by family. He denies vomiting, diarrhea,
abdominal trauma, chest pain, dyspnea, fever, or chills. No recent travel. No alcohol use. No IV
drug use. No new medications or supplements.
