Secondly, TechFite will invest in a local infrastructure project(s) to aid the economy of the city Dellberg as promises were made. Third, TechFite should offer more hours to employees, This could be achieved by cutting executive bonuses. A1. Rationale If TechFite provides more hours for its employees, it will see an increase in the business’s average employee satisfaction rates. Additionally, this could increase the business reputation in the local community if word spreads that TechFite is a great employer, Rather than word spreading that TechFite is an employer that shorts employee hours to increase executive bonuses. Moving on, TechFite created a one to one promise to the city of Dellberg That they would invest in local infrastructure. Once this promise is fulfilled the city of Dellberg and the company will see more local jobs being created both inside and outside the company. The community and company will grow and benefit together. Lastly, TechFite values culture and leadership development programs. Looking into local youth internship programs that will aid the development of business skills and future careers would be like an additional perk of living in Dellberg. A2. Ethical Versus Legal Issues A difference seen between an ethical and a legal issue is that a legal issue commonly sets for culture(s) rule(s) that must be followed or else there will be consequences such as a ticket, and or jail, court.
