Discuss one classical organizational theory and compare with two other theories of management identified in the weekly readings. Scientific management was propounded by F.W. Taylor. Scientific management movement produced revolutionary ideas for the time-ideas such as employee training and implementing standardized best practices to improve productivity. Scientific management theory focuses on improving the efficiency of each individual in the organization (Mbulo, 2016). Bureaucratic management is a theory is a formal system within an organization that is defined hierarchical roles and level to help maintain efficiency and effectiveness. Bureaucratic management theory set forth by Max Weber. The bureaucratic management theory is within an organization that helps to achieve its goals. (Mulder, 2019) Humanistic management was created in the 20th century because of the reaction to earlier theories of scientific management that increases productivity and profit within the organization. Humanistic management looks at the relationship between the organization and its employees and the employees and their work.  Provide examples to illustrate how each theory has been or is depicted in the workplace.
