This study guide is a compilation of information from Professor Hart's slides and what he says in class during his lectures. There is extensive explanations for many of the topics that are difficult to grasp, such as coronary occlusions and how body fat is stored/ gained as opposed to used in a metabolic process. Included are things he specifically only said in class (in quotation marks) and things he said we specifically must know for the test (marked with a blue star). Some diagrams and pictures are not directly from the power point in order to give another perspective in order to learn the information. They are completely filled in along with lots of visual aids and examples she used as well as extra examples to help grasp the information. This review is an in depth look at chapter 4, 5, and 6 through the information gathered from the professors lectures and powerpoints. There are plenty of visual aids as well as some color coordination in order to help with learning the information.
