Summary of all lectures

This is a very extensive summary of all the lectures given in this course. It contains all the 7 lectures (including a case report by a guest lecturer) and all the important concepts. It is written in a story-like manner, making it easier to remember as it gives a lot of context. Only using this summery that i wrote, i got a 9 for the exam.
