De afstudeerscriptie richt zich op de gebruikte modellen om het PRM proces inzichtelijk te maken, bottlenecks te herkennen, verspillingen te elimineren en een verbetervoorstel tot het verbeteren van het gehele PRM proces op Rotterdam Airport. Er wordt gebruik gemaakt van statistieke analyse tools en theorieën volgens Lean en Six Sigma.
