HRM2604 ASSESSMENT 3 SEMESTER 2 2025 Sipho is a machine operator for a newspaper company. His job involves setting up of the industrial printer and ensuring the ink tanks are calibrated. He is also responsible for the maintenance of the printer and that correct spare parts are ordered in advance, in case of any breakdowns. It has come to the attention of management that Sipho has been performing poorly. He has caused several incidents where hundreds of prints had to be discarded because of the incorrect ink calibration. He has also failed to order an essential part for the machine, which is no longer available in South Africa and needs to be ordered from China. If this part is not ordered, it will result in the machine being unable to print.
