To investigate this problem effectively, a mixed methods approach will be
employed. This approach combines qualitative and quantitative research methods
to provide a comprehensive understanding of the research problem (Creswell &
Plano Clark, 2017). Quantitative research involves using structured surveys to
collect data from a large sample of teachers, while qualitative research involves
semi-structured interviews and focus groups to explore teachers' personal
experiences and beliefs.

understanding, and flexibility and depth (Tashakkori & Teddlie, 2010). By
