This is a summary from the book Organizational behaviour 19th edition from the chapters, 3 and 5 till 10. I made this summary for CAB1 in the first period of the first year at the hanzehogeschool. At the exam I got a 7.4 only using this summary.

This summary is well written and with finny examples, this way you will remember the weird examples and remember most of it. the summary is very clear and put in normal English instead of the harder English they use in the book. I got almost a 9 from only learning this summary so it includes more than just the basic stuff, because of this it is a lot, but all very clear and easy to read!
