Summary of chapter 2, 5, 6 and 12 for the course Brain & Cognition at UvA. These four chapters are 4/5 of all the chapters for interim 1. (Chapter 3 about neuroimaging is not present; but this is the least difficult chapter to study!). Book: Cognitive Neuroscience: The Biology of the Mind - Gazzaniga, Michael S. ISBN: 2036.

I passed the course by studying the slides, these summaries and reading the book. Hope my summaries can help you pass as well! Good luck. :)

howdyy, this summary is only week 1 (so chapter 1 & 3) of the Cognitive neuroscience - the biology of the mind by gazzaniga, ivry and mangun fifth edition :)

also this may look like a lot - but its also typed in the cornell note taking style so it takes a more space than regular note taking!

just a heads up: w = with, wo or w/o means without, brain may have been occasionally spelled as brian.

feel free to message me for clarifications!
