, Introduction:
For this unit I have been assigned with the task to create a spreadsheet for a cheese
company that will help the companies’ manager to work out exchange rate for several types
of cheese. The currencies that will be included are Euros and Pounds with both a general
exchange rate and a real time exchange rate. I will ensure that I utilize the features on excel
such as formulas and functions to make sure that my data is accurate. I will create several
worksheets to showcase the work, these include the baseline sheet, projection sheet, main
menu and exchange rate.
The baseline sheet will show all of the baseline data such as the types of cheese, their prices
in Euros and Pounds, and the general exchange rates for both currencies.
The main menu sheet will allow the user to navigate to different pages with ease. It will
allow them to save their work, access the baseline sheet, projection sheet, and exchange
rate sheet, and any other relevant features you want to include.
The exchange rate sheet shows the real-time exchange rates for Euros and Pounds, allowing
the manager to stay updated on currency exchange.
The projection sheet shows projected sales, revenue, and profits based on the baseline data
and the exchange rates, helping the manager to make informed decisions about pricing and
sales strategies.

To keep myself to a specific schedule and time without having to worry about being behind
on time, I will be creating a Gantt chart to help with organisation of my time. A Gantt chart is
useful since it will allow me to understand how I have allocated my time between tasks. This
