The cover provided for the loss of household contents to the sum of R500 000.00. Upon her return from vacation in Thailand on the 10th of March 2024, she found out that the house was broken into, and household items stolen, including televisions, clothing, footwear, laptops etc. Zenande submitted a valid and legitimate completed claim form that YPOB supplied so that she could be indemnified for loss which had occurred and was covered by the policy. However, she knowingly and falsely increased what she thought to be the true quantum of the claim by adding an arbitrary 10%. Advise Zenande on the differences between over-insurance and under insurance. (4)
