COOPERATION AGREEMENT FOR A DEFINITE PERIOD
REGARDING THE PROJECTNAME PROJECT GROUP NUMBER

The undersigned:

1. mr. INITIALS AND SURNAME, with student number STUDENTNUMBER, hereinafter
referred to as "Student 1";
2. ms. INITIALS AND SURNAME, with student number STUDENTNUMBER, hereinafter
referred to as "Student 2";
And;
3. ms. INITIALS AND SURNAME, with student number STUDENTNUMBER, hereinafter
referred to as "Student 3";


hereinafter collectively referred to as "Students."


given that:

 this contract applies to all assignments assigned to "GROUPNAME";
 the duration of this contract is from November 1st, 2023, to January 31st, 2024;
 the parties wish to document this cooperation agreement in writing;


agreed as follows:



Article 1. Agreements Regarding Organization

1.1 Work and Meeting Times
Meetings will be scheduled in consultation. This includes determining the start time of the
appointment, the location or format of the appointment (i.e., online or physical), and the
duration of the appointment.


1.2 Communication Agreements
Communication will take place via the WhatsApp group "WHATSAPPGROUP". Interpersonal
communication is allowed, provided that important agreements regarding assignments are
communicated to fellow students. If it cannot reasonably be expected that a fellow student is
aware of the agreement, this will not result in a warning when negligent.
