• Computers can repeatedly perform tasks 100% accurately with correct software.

Reliability
• Computers are accurate and don't tire like humans.
• Computerized solutions require long development time and are expensive.
• In the long term, computerized solutions are cost effective.
• Computerized solutions are chosen for their efficiency.

Communication
• Computers enable us to communicate globally and effectively.
• Distance is no longer a limitation in the business world.

• Personal users: office, internet, e-mail, social networks, Skype, photos, entertainment.

SOHO user

Superuser
• Power users require powerful hardware and software.

• Mobile users are not necessarily a separate category.
• They just want to take their devices with them wherever they go.
• Every category can now use mobile technology.
• The technology used depends on the purpose of the user.
• Laptops for productive and work-related tasks.
• Smartphones and tablets for internet, e-mail, games, GPS, notes, photos and recordings.

Convergence
• Convergence: different technologies and functions are merged into one device.
• Smartphone and tablet: combination of various technologies in one device.
• One device for multiple tasks without carrying multiple devices.
